The Wings of Man
A new wing restaurant opened up in my neighborhood called Buffalo Wild Wings and we decided to eat there last night. The building used to have a nightclub in it so it was a very big place. When we parked the car, we saw groups of people "migrating" towards the door as if they were zombies. We entered the restaurant and saw that there were hundreds of tables and just as many television sets on the walls. The hostess said there would be a 40 minute wait, but I calculated the number of tables by the number of people waiting and thought that it would be more like 10 minutes. I was right. The menu offered "wings" and "boneless wings". How could boneless wings be wings. Birds cannot fly without bones in their wings. In reality, boneless wings are just like chicken nuggets. They had all types of flavors and spicyness. The place was so noisy that you could not even hear each other speak. It didn't matter because our mouths were busy eating. The food was very good and the atmosphere was fun. It will now go on our "rotation" of places to eat.
