This morning I heard a mathematical sequence that made a lot
of sense to me. It is a formula to live a good life. It was given to my sister
by a good friend who is living a positive life even though she has problems
that others would not be able to handle as well. Below is the equation:
5- Meditate for five minutes each day
3- Think of three positive things each day
1- Do one random act of kindness each day
It is a simple concept that might be hard for some people to
apply. From now on, when life gets tough, I will repeat 5-3-1 and get myself
back on track.
