Sleeping Citi

Citi Bank has a slogan, "The Citi never sleeps". I think they need to change it. I have points on a Citi Bank credit card and I keep forgetting to redeem them. On Sunday I had some extra time, so I decided to call them. I spent five minutes going through the prompts. I verified the card number, the zip code, the points ID number and my home phone number. After doing all of this, a recording came on saying that the redemption center was closed. Did that mean that Citi Bank was sleeping? If they never sleep it means they should be at work. I won't call today as it is a holiday. They might still be sleeping.
