Computer Pressure

Computers are directly related to blood pressure. I have rebooted my computer three times this morning and each time it freezes I feel my pressure rising. Nothing is more infuriating than seeing a pop up window saying that there is an error in the system. Then the cursor freezes and a beep goes off. I want to yell at someone to release the tension but no one is up yet. I restart it and pace the floor until I can try to go online again. It took three tries and now I am off schedule for work. I think I need to meditate to relax and get myself back to normal.
