Deep Freeze

We are still in a deep freeze. Today starts the 2018 work year and the weather is not helping things. I am still on the hunt for the perfect receptionist and I have an interview set for today. I am betting that she does not show up. She was a bit distracted on the phone call when we set the appointment so I do not have any confidence that she will come in. Years ago I would care. In 2018 I do not. 2017 was a deal changer in my office. It showed that the income from a crazy doctor was more important than the happiness of loyal workers. You reap what you sow and the only thing that is being sown in ambivalence.
