Serendipitous

She is here! I have heard the word serendipitous used before and it applies beautifully to this story. Thirty four years ago yesterday, my husband walked me into the hospital to have my son. Thirty four years later, to the day, he walked my son's wife into the hospital to have their daughter. She was born eighteen days early and wieighs 6lbs 10 oz. She is a healthy baby girl. She is the best birthday present that my son could ever wish for.
