Road Sign

The parkways now have electric signs to keep us updated on our trip. Last week I was driving to work and saw an electric sign with the message. "Air Quality Day. Use Mass Transit". What was the sense of that message? If I was already on the parkway, I am obviously not using mass transit. Who decided that having that message flash made sense? Some person has a job figuring out what to write. I think whoever that is, needs to be retrained.
