Measurements
Everything in the world has a measurement. Clothes are measured by sizes. Shoes are also. Rooms are measured by feet. Growth is measured by height and weight. Temperature is measured by degrees. Love is measured by our feelings. Today I am going to the doctor to be measured. He will be measuring my eyes. I never realized that in order to have a properly fitting lens to replace a cataract, the measurement needs to be exact. The only body part of a human being that remains the same size from birth to death is the eyeball. It's true, even though it seems incorrect. I will have one more personal statistic this morning that will only be of use to my doctor.
