Full

There are three ways to eat. One is until you are full. The next is until you finish what is on your plate. The third is when you overeat. Overeating never feels good. It is unhealthy to consume more than is needed. It is like filling a balloon. You know the right amount of air to put in and if you overfill it, it will burst. My younger son always lived by one rule. Eat one portion and wait 14 minutes. That is the time it takes for your stomach to let your brain know it is full. If you are still full then, get up from the table. If not, eat a bit more.
