Special Occassion

Last night we took our younger son out for his 30th birthday. The actual date was a week ago but we were away then. He has been talking about a steak house called Blackstones for months and that is where he chose for his dinner.We had a six o'clock reservation and when we arrived the place was almost full. We were seated in a great spot that had room for the baby stroller. The room was dimly lit and had a cozy feeling with a fire burning in the fire pit. We ate salad, filet mignon, lobster mac and cheese, roasted asparagus and hash brown potatoes. The food was wonderful and the steaks were so soft you could eat them without your teeth. The only part that was totally absurd was the price. The rent for my first apartment was less.
