Grey or Gray

I never know which spelling of the word grey/gray is correct but which ever one is, that is the color of my hair. I had a haircut the day before the salons were shut down. I usually color it blond the day after the cut. This time I did not. I have the dye in the house. I have the time to do it. The only thing missing is the people who see me. If all I do is go to work and straight home, and only the bookkeeper and I are there, why waste the box of hair dye? I will stay grey/gray until the world reopens.
