Picky, Picky, Picky

The saga continues. Two more interviewees were tossed to the wind. One was a perfectly nice, well educated, professional woman. There was nothing wrong with her. I have no idea why the "bosses" thought she would not be a good fit. The other candidate I did not like. She told me she was fired from her last job because she argued with the doctors and then informed me she was Bi Polar. That's a good way to start an interview at a psychiatrist's office. "I want the job and by the way, I have mental heath care issues". I suggested we go on Match.com because we seem to be looking for love and not a receptionist.
